Koto concert during the Nagashi-bina festival in Iwatsuki-city, Saitama. The doll floating festival itself is kind of boring, but the concert is beautiful. It’s a performance by elementary and junior high school age girls, but they’re really good. The festival is held on Girl’s day, every year.
